• You will be picked up directly in the arrivals hall of the airport or the cruise ship terminal
• Our driver or tour guide will be waiting for you from 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. You have enough time to get your luggage without being in a rush
• You recognize the driver by a sign with your name. For more discretion, a pseudonym can also be used
• At the end of the tour, we will take you to your destination (in the city of Barcelona) and, on request, to destinations outside Barcelona. On request, the driver helps you with the check in at your hotel.
• On the route we are happy to accommodate your wishes
• You can always get off during the tour to see sights or enjoy the view (admission fees are not included)

Highlights of the Departure Transfer

• Our driver will pick you up directly in the hotel lobby (urban area of ​​Barcelona, ​​destinations outside on request).
• We will bring you to the airport or cruise terminal.
• When leaving with the van or one of the buses the driver only speaks Spanish.

• On request, we can offer you a tapas break or breakfast break during the journey. These take around 45-60 minutes.
• You can stretch your legs and get to know some Spanish way of life. After the break we will start the second part of the tour.
• The tapas break includes various tapas and a drink. Vegetarian options are available as well. Generally, the Tapas break can only be taken during city tours after 13:00, as the restaurant opens at 13:00.
• Breakfast is served with tortilla, Catalan sausage variation, cheese, bread with tomato, jam or vegetarian version without sausage but with croissant, orange juice and coffee.
• Please note that the tapas break and breakfast break are part of the booked time. The breakfast break is limited due to lack of space at the restaurant to up to 30 people. Tapas- and breakfast breaks are bookable from 8 persons.The breakfast break is available from 8:00.
• Please note that a Tapas Break or Breakfast Break is not possible during the Departure Transfer.

• Booking is very simple: select the vehicle and enter your desired date and time as well as the scheduled arrival time of the aircraft or ship. Then click on "Add to cart".
• Within 48 hours you will receive the binding booking confirmation as well as further information.
• Our tour guide / driver is waiting for you starting at 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival.
• The tour time begins with boarding, at the latest 40 minutes after scheduled arrival.
• Departure Transfer: the driver will take you to the ariport or cruise port on the fastest possible route. A claim to a certain route does not exist. We don't take liability for a specific travel duration. Please allow for a sufficient time buffer for the journey and for check-in. You can expect about 30-40 minutes to drive to the airport.

• The booked tour can be canceled for free up to five days before the confirmed date. The amount paid will be refunded or charged on request for a tour on another date.
• If canceled later or in case of no-show, a refund won't be possible
